Hi everyone

I’m looking for someone to rent a room in my flat - ideally another professional who is clean and tidy and I will get along well with.

I'm 30, work in the city, like a night out as well as a quiet night in with bad tv and some snacks. My previous roommate ended up becoming one of my very good friends but is sadly moving out next month. I have a good circle of friends in London but always happy for people to come along and join us.

The flat is about a 10-12 minute walk from Clapham South station and Clapham Common, and 15 min walk from Balham tube station.
The flat is in a really nice and quiet complex with cctv. I also have a parking space that can also be rented if you have a car (extra 50pcm)

A few points to add -
- Bills all in £125pcm
- The room has built in wardrobes with floor-to-ceiling mirrors and a big double bed.
- The bathroom has a walk in shower and storage space.
- There is a large closet with shoe rack and coat rack for you to use.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge and a dining table with 4 chairs.
- The lounge has a big comfy sofa that pulls out into a sofa bed - handy for occasional friends coming to stay.
- Kitchen has an air fryer and a dishwasher
- The flat is on the 1st floor so luckily only one flight of stairs to deal with when you're moving in!
- It is also very good for getting parcels delivered as they usually get buzzed in by the other flats - we rarely miss a delivery
- There is a small shared garden that the owners of the flats use and sit out on in the summer months
- council tax band C
