Short-Term Double Room Available in SW

Double room available to FEMALE ONLY in a 3 bedroom flat (1 room is a home office). The room has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, a desk/dressing table and chair. You can work from your room but the living room is up for grab if you prefer, or the office if I'm out/away. There's a slight damp damage in one corner (see photo) but the room is dry and cosy.

Beyond the wardrobe, there's plenty of storage under the bed for suitcases and bags.

All bills are included in the rent, along with bed linen, bath towels, kitchen spices/oils and all cleaning products (laundry detergent/softener, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid...)

The flat has recently been refurbished. The kitchen is open on the living room. It has a balcony and is located in a quiet 4 storeys building/estate. It's on the 3rd floor, with elevator.

All windows are overlooking trees which is very enjoyable and soothing.

Flat is 10 min walk from Clapham South Station (Northern) and 17 min from Balham Station (Northern and Trains).

Walking distance from Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Aldi, Costa, Joe & The Juice, Planet Organic, Prêt, Gail's, Boots, Superdrug, TKMaxx, Oliver Bonas, Anytime Fitness, Yoga/Pilates studios, plenty of charity shops, Pubs, Bars, Restaurants, Brunch places....
Meaning you can have everything you need and a good time out without having to take public transports.

I'm self-employed and travel a lot. I either work from my home office or am out & about for work or leisure.

Not looking for a long term flatmate. Just happy to provide a nice home for someone travelling, on a business trip or looking for a place between homes, up to 2 months.
