A large furnished double room in Clapham, in a newly renovated Mansion House top-floor three-bed flat.

The room is £1,172 a month and available to rent from April 6th. Looking for a new flatmate as one of my friends that I’m currently living with has unfortunately got to move for work.

Location:
The flat is really spacious and in a quiet residential area of Clapham South/Balham with no road noise and great transport links, including a 3-minute walk to Clapham South tube station and a 15-minute walk to Balham overground station.

The Flat:
Shared living areas include a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with a separate kitchen. These areas have been fully decorated and furnished with modern appliances, so no additional communal furniture is needed. Additionally, the flat has access to a shared outdoor space for bike storage.

The available room in the flat is the largest double room with a huge amount of space for a desk, etc. (if WFH is required) and any additional furniture. The available bedroom also features a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a bed.

Current Flatmate:
28 year old Branding Account Manager, splitting my time between the office and WFH 2 or 3 days a week.

I'm looking for a similarly clean and tidy person who’s friendly and social and happy to watch tv with in the evenings or have a glass of wine, but also values their own space.
