Huge room with private bathroom - Couple preferred

Huge room available in 2 bed ground floor flat, stones throw from Clapham common and Clapham south station. The place is super modern with a dishwasher, induction cooking, washer/ dryer and recently replaced boiler. We also have a built in coffee machine.

We have a huge decked back yard with a dart board, perfect for summer BBQ's. Lots of additional storage available in the basement too if needed. Great location with all that Clapham has to offer and the bonus of a massive Tesco very close by.

The room itself it's massive and fully furnished with a king bed, mattress, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. Plenty of room to work from home if needed. I have my own ensuite so any guests of mine would use that so the main bathroom next to your bedroom would be solely your use. Move in date can be flexible.

My housemate is looking to move in with his girlfriend and I would love to stay here. Rent is 1575 plus bills of 168 per person if a couple is to move in which would be preferrable.

I am a 33 year old Aussie and I work full time as an occupancy Planner and am in the office 2/ 3 days a week and work from home the other days. I go to the gym every morning and tend to get an early night/ dinner and netflix during the week but am usually out and about with friends on weekends. Love to travel as well and anything active!
