About Us:
We are 2 working professionals in the Tech Sales industry, aged 29 and 33, looking for a third housemate to join our 4-bedroom Clapham home by the end of May or early June. The timing is perfect to enjoy our lovely garden throughout the summer months!
We both, Lenny and Dan, lived in Clapham for the past 4 years and love the area. We are social, enjoy traveling, sports, music and occasional nights out with friends. We maintain a clean and organized home and host the occasional dinner and rarely have international friends stay over. Dan is originally from California and Lenny is from Hamburg. We are looking forward to meet in-person of the coming weeks to tell you more about us and most importantly get to know you.

Your Room:
Your future room on the 2nd floor is fully furnished, ensuring privacy with its own en-suite bathroom.

Ideal Housemate:
We are looking for a working professional who is social and will fit into our household dynamic. We’d prefer that you work from the office 2-3 time a week, to keep a good balance at home. Ideally, you are over 25 in a similar life stage to us.

Location:
Our house is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Clapham South Station and close to Clapham Common Park with grocery stores and other stores close by.

Bills:
Bills are approx. 200 GBP/month per person covering council tax, WiFi, electricity and water. We also get a cleaner once a month.
