Hi, our housemate is moving in with his girlfriend and so we are looking for a new housemate in Clapham South. We’ve had a great time in the house for 3 years now and are keen to find a sociable, easy going guy to fit into our group. We’re lucky to have a good sized house at a reasonable price, and great garden which is a sun trap in summer and perfect for BBQs.

You’ll be living with me, 26 and Ewan, 27, we work in Sales and Finance, both very chilled, sociable and big into football and fitness.

📍 Great Location: Gaskarth Road, connected to the high street. It’s a 5-minute walk from Clapham South Tube station and the Common, and 15 mins walk to Balham

💰 Rent: £933pcm + bills (£80)

🔑 Availability: Minimum 3 months from July to Mid October, with the expectation to then renew the tenancy here or find somewhere new together

👫 Ideal Housemate: Male, mid 20s, sociable and easygoing, tidy.
