Social, Short Term Houseshare

Hello hello - both Kerri and myself currently live here and we’re looking for another housemate to replace Louise who’s currently leaving us as she’s found a place to buy. Although this is sad for us, it means we’re able to welcome a new person to the house!

Both Kerri and myself are social individuals who enjoy making the most of our weekends and try to utilise weekdays to chill and make the most of this new-found sunny weather.

The room is £820 a month with £100 per month for bills. The house has outside space, plenty of storage and a separate shared living room.

The reason why it’s only going to be a 4 month rental period is because the house rent is going up in September, so we’ll be looking to move out then.

The house currently has 4 bedrooms, however only three of them are rented out meaning we have a spare room for when friends or family visit which is really handy!

Please note, there is building work currently going on at the house to make another bedroom, bathroom and roof top terrace. This work should be finished in July/August, so we’ll be able to utilise the roof top terrace before we move out which we’re incredibly excited about.

Bedroom comes with the bed, mattress and a load of built in storage. Everything else in the room will be going with Louise when she moves.
