Double Room in Clapham South close to tube station

Double room with ensuite available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden flat in Clapham South. 5 minute walk to the station and common. Room comes furnished with a lift up bed. Abbeville road is super close, as well as easy access to Clapham junction and Balham.

You will be living with one couple that work full time (mix of office and home). We enjoy being active, travelling and a drink at the pub - often the Abbeville Pub.

We are open to singles and couples. Looking for someone/couple that will socialise but also enjoy their own time.

Bills aren’t included but are approx £90-150 per month depending on season (based on 3 people)

3-6 month stay available depending upon lease renewal.
