# The flat

It's a two-bed top-floor flat, with a big living room, a kitchen, and (usefully) a bathroom. Mostly furnished. There's a shared garden for the house. The flat is 5mins walk from Clapham South station (and hence 5mins from Clapham Common); a couple of minutes walk from Abbeville Road, 10mins from Balham, and 15mins from Clapham High Street - in other words, it's excellently located.

# Me

I've lived in this flat for about 2.5 years so far. I'm your average 33yo guy from Devon, into travel (I've lived and worked in multiple countries), tech (when it's working), motorbikes (I have one), dogs (I have one, but not here), fitness (running, ClassPass, Tough Mudder). I work as a data scientist for an company related to electric vehicles; WFH two or three days a week.

# You

I'm ideally looking for people similar to me (age, professional, mindset, etc), the idea being we can actually enjoy living together and not annoy each other too much!

I'd prefer a reasonably social flat. As much as I enjoy my alone time (I'm more introverted than extroverted), I'd love flatmates who I can actually hang out with in the big sitting room, chat with, become friends with. Relatedly, every couple of months I've been inviting about a dozen people over for a couple of hours for some casual drinks/chats (not a party); it's great way to introduce my various friend groups to each other and bringing people together. Of course, you'd be encouraged to invite people too!
I like to keep things clean, but not clinically spotless - as long as most things are tidied up by the end of the day and nothing gets out of control. Maybe we could splurge on a cleaner if we decide.

# The financials

Rent is £2250 split evenly between two. Bills come to £150~£200 each (it's mostly council tax, band D), so the total is ~£1300pm.
