- The lounge is cosy and homely, fully furnished with nice natural light. The kitchen is small but we keep it good vibes. Nice long corridor with its own library and personality.
- Room 1 features a double bed, chest of drawers. Large wardrobe just outside in corridor (Room 1).

Existing Housemates
- One professional/social female tenant.
Annabelle - 28 Marketing Manager WFH 2 days/week, interests include nights in, nights out and everything in between!!
Super lovely landlords. Homely spot in a great location, completely free parking, Recently upgraded double glazed windows. Current tenants sad to leave, let's see if we're a good match :)

The Area
- Easily best feature of flat! 30 second walk from Clapham Common, Clapham South tube station 4 mins walk away. Balham also very nearby, short 10mins walk down the road (our local gym).
Wandsworth Common also very nearby. Tesco and M&S, and lots of pubs/places to eat/to go out mins walk away!
