Sadly due to a change in circumstances we are looking for someone to fill the 4th room. Looking for a friendly and sociable girl that’s keen to get involved but also respects everyone’s space - can send the estate agents listing / videos from the viewing and keen to meet for a drink/coffee so we can see if it’s a good fit!!

🥂 Living with young professionals aged 25-26. Ideally looking for a girl aged 24-29.
🩷 All rooms are double rooms with space for a desk - total rent is £4.5k so will be between £1050-1200 depending on room.
🌶️ Flat is unfurnished but the previous tenants are happy to sell the furniture for a steal

🏡The house is in a super safe area just a few minutes from Clapham South station & buses at the end of our road.

We’re definitely a house full of friends rather than just housemates so looking for a girl who’d be a similar vibe!
