Large double room in Clapham South.

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 4 bed in Clapham South. It is available from the 8th of April. Rent is £875 and bills are usually around £120 a month, this includes a bi-weekly cleaner who does a full deep clean of the entire flat, including the bedrooms. Between her visits we like to keep the flat tidy and clean.
The flatmate who is moving out managed all of the rent and bills up until now, so they may change slightly but the exact amount will be confirmed once the new accounts are set up.

The flat currently has 3 flatmates aged 30–33. We’re sociable and enjoy a chat in the kitchen now and then, but everyone has their own routines and things going on, so the flat has a calm, easygoing vibe most of the time.
We’re ideally looking for someone of a similar age who is friendly, respectful, and fairly chilled at home. Someone who enjoys a good balance between being sociable and having their own space would fit in well here. We all work Monday to Friday (occasionally Saturdays) and like to relax after work, we mostly have our own plans on the weekends but get on really well 🤗 always happy to hang out and watch some trash tv or sports in the evenings, or to have a wine on the balcony in the summer!

The flat is in a great location - only a 5 minute walk from Clapham South tube station, 15 ish minute walk to Balham train station, and are placed right on the end of the high street, there are many local amenities nearby. Clapham Common is also only a short walk away.

The room is furnished with a built in wardrobe and bed, extra furniture can be provided by the landlord at request (drawers, a desk etc) it is large so well suited for working from home.
