Heya, I’m moving out of my room and looking to fill it. The room is in a 3 bed flat in an amazing location less than 5 mins walk to Clapham South tube station. You’ll be moving in with two lovely girls in their mid twenties, Hope and Simra 💃🏻

The room ✨
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers (it’s cosy but can definitely fit a desk and you can work from home), it gets plenty of natural light and is off the main road so is very quiet. You also have the large cupboard at the end of the hallway where you can store coats/long items/anything you want.

The flat 🏡
The flat is on the first floor (stairs and lift access), a kitchen/living area and bathroom shared between the 2 other girls. You also have access to the gym, swimming pool and the large terrace which are in the building.

Location 📍
The flat is just off Clapham Common on Nightingale lane, 5 minute walk from Clapham South station, the big Tescos, Sainsbury’s and M&S. There are Lots of pubs nearby, with the local being The Nightingale. A short walk to both Balham High Street and the Northcote Road, with so many options for food/entertainment/cafes.

Move in date is Saturday 2nd May. The rent for the room is £660 (including all bills) with a deposit of £691.

Housemates 👯‍♀️
Simra - 27, works in the civil service and I enjoy running, arts and crafts, sewing and exploring London.

Hope - 25, working in museums and heritage, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants and bars, pilates, and art.

The girls are super friendly, and enjoy socialising, who love to chat and debrief the day in the evening.
