Double room in Clapham South

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for someone to join me in this 2-bedroom flat in Clapham South from 26th April!

I am looking for someone sociable, easy-going, clean, tidy and for a friend to make this a home rather than just a flatshare. I love to travel, go to pilates, try new restaurants and watching mind numbing tv with wine.

I work in office 3 days a week and am looking for someone with a similar schedule.

The room has a double bed, and other furniture available. Rent is £1415 and bills are roughly £150 a month

A lovely south facing garden which gets plenty of sun and a basement with storage and a washing machine and separate dryer.

Great location - just a 5 minute walk to Clapham south station. A Sainsbury's local and an M&S food a few minutes away and a big Tesco just a bit further.

Viewings will be held on 24th-26th March.
