Fantastic location just a 5-10 minute walk from Clapham South tube station and 5 minutes from Clapham Common. Also there is a Sainsbury’s directly opposite the house!

Incredible value for the location: £700 pcm rent. This excludes bills which generally come to £50-80 per person depending on the time of year.

The room is fairly small but has a double bed and sufficient storage space. It’s ideal for someone who works in the office with minimal working from home.

There are 4 guys currently living here, all working professionals. Clean, tidy, laid back and all get on well. I’m only leaving since I have the opportunity to move in with some close friends. Ideally we’re looking for someone of similar age and personal / professional circumstances to take on the room.
