Hey everyone! My flatmate is sadly leaving the UK, so I'm looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely, spacious flat in Clapham South.

• Double bed
• Fully furnished
• Space for a home office setup

🏠 The flat:
• Ground floor in a small 4-floor apartment building
• 2-bed flat with 1 shared bathroom
• Spacious semi-open plan kitchen, living & dining area
• Small private patio
• Extra storage room
• Friendly and responsive landlord

📍 Location:
• Quiet residential street
• 10-12 min walk to Clapham South (Northern line)
• ~15 min walk to Balham (Northern line + train)
• 15 min walk to Clapham Common & Tooting Common (Battersea Park & Wandsworth Common is also not far off if you fancy a bit of running there)
• Variety of shops - closest supermarket is Co-op (7 min walk), but there’s also a big Waitrose, big Sainsbury’s, big Aldi, M&S, Tesco nearby all within 10-15 min walking distance
• Lots of cafés & pubs along the high street

💸 Rent:
• £975/month
• Bills around £150pp per month (incl. council tax, utilities & Wi-Fi)

🗓️ Move-in date:
• Ideally 22 May, but flexible anytime in May
• Current tenancy is until 22 November 2026, but I’m very much looking to stay so will likely to extend and turn into a rolling contract

👀 Ideal flatmate:
• Someone looking for a more permanent stay
• Female, but also open to male
• Someone tidy, communicative and respectful
• Respects each other’s private space / time (esp. after a busy long day at work!), but also up for occasional flat hangs – e. g. casual chit chats, movie nights, brunch / Sunday roast, summer BBQ
• Huge plus if you’re also sporty / into nature

👋 About me:
I’m 26, working in fintech as a user researcher working in fin tech (WFH ~3 days/week). I love running and being outdoors, but also enjoy an occasional quiet evening with good food or a crochet project.
