We are looking for a new housemate as our friend is moving out to live with her partner.

- 1x double room
- £860 a month
- Rent includes council tax, wifi, TV license and a bi weekly cleaner
- Bills are roughly £70-80 a month
- Curtains, bedside side tables and make up table (not pictured) can be purchased for £100
- 15min walk from Clapham South tube
- Multiple bus stops outside our house, including a night bus outside that drops you at Clapham common
- Street parking available
- Lime bikes/scooters across the road
- Gym and Sainsbury local 5min walk
- No pets sorry

We are looking for:
- 25+ year old woman
- LGBTQ+ friendly
- Non smoker
- Must earn over 30k

You will be living with Natalie (30, Australian) who works in media and loves a cosy wine bar and live music but equally a chill night in watching trash TV, and Olivia (27, UK) solicitor who is into all the usual things of travel, gym and a good time. We are a very social household for small dinner parties and pres, but not suitable for house parties. We value our own space but also have house holidays (skiing and Glasto!) and do events together such as theatre, arcades and giant inflatable water obstacle courses 😂
