Hi all, we are looking for a lovely girl to take over my room in a very friendly 4-bedroom house in Clapham South. I’m buying a house with my boyfriend and so am sadly saying goodbye (although planning to come back to watch MAFS and Traitors) 🥲

📍Location:
Clapham South - just 10 minute walk to Clapham South station (or a 7 minute quick walk) or 15 minutes to Balham! The Common is also less than a 10 minute walk down the road, with access to Sainsbury’s, Tesco, M&S and Northcote Road within short walking distance!

If you need parking, there are spaces directly outside - you just need a permit!

🛏️ The Room:
This super bright room comes fully furnished with:
* Double bed
* Bedside table
* Built-in wardrobe
* Built-in set of drawers

You'll share the gorge bathroom with one other girl.

👯‍♀️The Housemates:
You'll be sharing with three social, tidy and friendly girls aged 26-30 - sociable but respectful of each other's space and routines, with the regular joint binging of reality tv (they are obsessed with MAFS), wine and yaps, and lunchtime walks. They all work hybrid in corporate roles.

💸Rent & Dates:
* Rent: £1000 per month
* Bills: Approx. £90
* Deposit: £1,298
* Move-in: 10 May 2026
* Tenancy: until 8 November 2026
* Subject to name change, references and landlord approval

We are looking for a female housemate who is:
- Late 20s/early 30s
- A professional (sorry students!) also working hybrid or from the office
- Clean and respectful
- Want to join a social flat
- Non-smoker
