I’m leaving my cozy double room in a 3 bed Clapham/Balham flat on 6th May, so looking for someone to take over the lease :) such a bargain with rent being £665 a month and bills between £90 - £130 depending on the time of year.

The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table, and armchair. There is also amazing storage with built in cupboards and a built in wardrobe.

The flat itself has a spacious kitchen with 2 fridges, a table, a washer and separate dryer (!) plus airfryer + rice cooker. There is a nice bathroom with bath + shower, and a separate toilet. There‘s secure parking and a shared communal garden with the other flats.

The area is amazing, we’re a 10 minute walk from both Balham and Clapham South stations, and a 5-10 minute walk from the lovely Clapham Common. So many restaurants, pubs, and cafes nearby too!

You would be sharing with Bjorn, 29, who works in law, and Muneeb, 29, who works in recruitment. Both enjoy trying new restaurants, travel, exercise, an exploring London.
