Looking for a new housemate in a 4-bed houseshare in Clapham South, only 2/3 minutes from the tube!

You’ll be living with 3 other girls aged between 26-28. We are all very sociable and enjoy hanging out together when we can but also have our own groups of friends. We’re looking for another girl to fit the vibe (sorry no couples, pets or students please).

📍 The house is located in a gated community around 3 mins from Clapham South station. And the Avalon pub and lockdown bakehouse are 30 seconds away!

The room is unfurnished (apart from the drawers in the bathroom which are included) and benefits from loads of storage. It is the only room on the floor so it is super quiet.

💰 Deposit is £981.35

(Please note that for referencing, the estate agents state that you require a UK guarantor if you earn less than £37k)

The rent was reviewed at the end of last year and will not be increasing until at least November this year.
