You also have use of the kitchen, conservatory and garden.

The house is ideally located, being a short walk from Clapham South tube (zone 2), Balham (tube and train) and Wandsworth Common (train). There are a zillion supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby and a dry cleaners and fab cafe at the end of the road.

I have a cat, who is friendly but will not invade your space unless invited!

Both the house and garden are non-smoking areas.

My house is ideal if you are looking for a base while you work in London weekdays only.
