I’ve had several lodgers live here over the years and am looking to find another professional who would appreciate living in a quiet and relaxed home.

The house is situated in a quiet and safe gated community. Your room is very large and has a built in wardrobe, views out onto our garden and its own bathroom with a bath next door. There is plenty of room for a desk - or even two! - so it would be suitable for home working.

We also have possible off-street parking and a beautiful garden. A cleaner also visits for four hours every week.

Nearby, we have the wide open spaces of both Clapham and Wandsworth Common, as well as the lovely Northcote Road and Abbeville Road, both of which have lots of independent shops and restaurants. There are also both supermarkets and petrol stations extremely nearby.

We are conveniently located between Clapham South tube station, Wandsworth rail and Balham tube and rail station. We are also a half hour walk/ short bus journey from Clapham Junction station.

The bills are an additional £100 a month and include the cleaner for four hours a week and all other utilities (council tax, water, heating & electricity, internet (Now TV), TV license).

I usually always offer a rolling one-month contract and would be happy to welcome short lets. I’m looking for someone to move in around mid July but will consider a couple of weeks later. I’m available for viewings from 6th July.
