YOUR ROOM

A bright, decent sized double room with a big built in wardrobe and storage. Room currently has a double bed with new mattress, desk, chair and full length mirror.

We would be happy to furnish further/differently for a longer term let.

The house has 2 bedrooms in total, you will be sharing with 2 of us - Kirsten and Duncan (a couple). There is a large kitchen / dining space, large living room, 2 toilets, 1 large bathroom with shower over bath. We also have a big garden and parking available if needed.

THE AREA

The house is on a quiet residential road and Clapton overground is a 5 minute walk from the house, with trains direct to Liverpool Street in only 10 mins and trains to Walthamstow underground in less than 5 minutes. Many bus links to Stratford, Kings Cross, London Bridge and more…

Lots of cafes, health stores, shops, pubs, restaurants, fitness studios - including Blok Gym right on our doorstep. Hackney, Dalston, Stoke Newington are all within 15 minute walk too.

We have a huge park at the end of our road and right next to Lea River, Hackney and Walthamstow Marshes and the reservoirs.

HOUSEMATES

Kirsten is a nutritionist and a massive foodie and Duncan is a video editor and creative.

We both work hard during the week and so are keen to find someone who needs a place to relax, enjoys the occasional film, sharing a bottle of wine/tea or even a workout!

We are easy going and also happy if you would like your own privacy.
