I'm looking for a housemate to share this bright 2 bed flat in Clapton. It's in a great location, with the balcony overlooking the peaceful Millfields Park and just next to the River Lea. Very near to cosy local pubs, and restaurants/cafes, all within walking distance (e. g. Chatsworth Road).

Your bedroom comes furnished with a nearly new double bed, built-in hanging-wardrobe and a chest of drawers. But there is space for more furniture too.

There is a large living room, dining room table and comfy sofa, good sized bathroom (with a bath/shower) and space for a bike in the hallway.

8 minute walk from Clapton station (offering 10 minute trains to Liverpool St), and excellent bus links to pretty much anywhere, including quick bus routes to Hackney (for overground) and Manor House / Finsbury park (for Piccadilly and Victoria line tubes).

I’m 33, I work for the NHS and work the usual 9-5 weekday pattern. Looking for someone nice and easy to share with. It’d be good to live with someone who might enjoy the odd drink or dinner together, but overall it’s a quiet home and a place to unwind.

There is a secure car park space available for an additional fee.

Deposit is one month’s rent.

I don’t smoke but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

Also happy to negotiate a rent for a Monday-Friday letting.
