I am moving out of my bright and warm double bedroom in a great 3 bed flat in Clapton. Room available for 5 months from 1st March to August when the tenancy is up.

The flat is split across three floors which each bedroom on it's own floor.

The bedroom lovely and light, with a roof that can be accessed as a sunbathing spot in summer and a toilet in the room beside which is never used by the rest of the house.

The room is furnished with a super comfy double bed with massive drawers under for storage; a bedside table and a built in wardrobe.

The flat has an amazing shared living space on the top floor - lovely light and spacious open plan kitchen/diner/living room with L shaped sofa and huge TV, with french doors opening out to a balcony.

There is a main bathroom on the top floor with toilet and shower/bath.

Virgin broadband and TV package in the house and although bills aren't included they are pretty reasonable (between 60-90 pcm).

It is a very chilled house with two male professionals who work in casting & fashion, but who often are around cooking and chilling in the evenings/weekends. One smoker but smoking only on the balcony upstairs.
