Double room in friendly flat, Stoke Newington

Hello,
We’re looking for someone to replace me in our flat in Stoke Newington. I’ve loved living here for the last two and half years but having changed jobs its time for me to move out.

The room is available to move into between now and end of April so we are flexible.

We’re quite an easy going house, we get along well and like all the usual things about London - parks, pubs, festivals etc.
We’re often out and about but always make time for a catch up and a few beers when we see each other.

About the house:
It’s a four bed, two bathroom, two storey flat near Stoke Newington with a garden out the back. There’s loads of transport options ( rectory road station/ Clapton station / Stoke Newington station within 8 min walking distance) and you can get into Liverpool Street in 20minutes. We all share the bills and it comes to about £75 a month each (a little more in the winter when the heating is on). The flat was newly refurbished when we moved in and is still in very good condition.

The room is a large double with huge bay windows that let in lots of light - enough for two wardrobes / chested drawers. and plently of room left over.

About us:
There’s 4 rooms in the house at the moment, the 3 remaining are: Helen (32) a management consultant who loves a good mix of nights in with a series or book and nights at the pub for a few (many) beers. Sean (27) works in procurement, is Scottish, loves football, gigs and beers in the park and Lillia (29) who works as a Graphic designer in East London. A yoga and wine lover currently studying part time to be a Nutritional Therapist.

We’re looking for a male to join the house to keep the balance, ideally someone around the same age who can fit well into the house dynamic.
