Lovely Clapton house for new housemates

The House

We are looking for two new flatmates in our big Clapton house.

The rooms are available from November 2nd of November and the 28th of November.

The bedrooms are partly furnished - including a double bed. Big spacious double rooms with lots of natural sunlight.

Bills are around £90 per month.

The house has an upstairs full bathroom plus a downstairs toilet.

The garden gets lovely sunlight, which is good for barbecues, flowing out of the open kitchen.

Basement laundry with washer and dryer, kitchen with big stove/oven and dishwasher.

Space in the back garden & front room for bikes.

Loads of buses from Clapton Pond. Clapton Overground is a ten-minute walk. Takes about 30 minutes to cycle to central London.

We are creative, easy-going and busy people and spend lots of time with work and friends, but are looking for new flatmates that enjoy a drink and the occasional party.

Looking for a guy and a girl to keep the balance, but happy to meet whoever.

Sorry but the landlord will not accept couples / more than 4 people in the house, or pets.
