Double room (ideal for a couple) in Clapton

Hello everybody,
Me and my boyfriend are leaving our shared flat to move in together (oh yes, the time has arrived!).
We are leaving our double room in a lovely 3 bedroom flat and 4 people in total. The flat is in Kenninghall Road (E5 8bs, very close to the Clapton tube station and a short walk from the Rectory Road station).
The room will be available from the beginning of June and goes for £ 985 pcm + bills (around £ 80 per month per person including the council tax).
The room comes with basic furniture (a wardrobe, a cupboard and a spacious chest of drawers) and has a double bed with a brand new and very comfortable foam mattress. Our room is the brightest of the house. The house is full of storage spaces and has a big living room.
There is a bathroom and another separate service toilet. The kitchen is fitted with washer, dishwasher and a brand new electronic stoves.
There is space to keep a bikes inside the flat or securely locked parking spot if you have a car.
The area is lovely, many parks like Millfields, Hackney downs, and Victoria Park is very well served by amenities such as hardware store, chemist and various groceries.
The housemates are Catherine and Justina. The former is a
physiotherapist originally from South africa. she likes running and have a really healthy life style and always in a good mood :)! Then we have Justina from Lithuania who works in the social media field, but she is currently looking for new flat as well to move in with her boyfriend.
We mostly keep to ourselves and have our own lives but always up for a friendly chat. We are clean and respectful.

There are some agency fees to pay that are 36£ for reference fee and 120£ of administration fee
