Double Bedroom in Sunny & New Hackney Flat

Sunny shared living room. FYI furniture and TV has stayed, but decorations have left with flatmate.

Hi, I’m Sara and I am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving to New York. Flat is available now, with Sep 11 move in at the latest. I have lived in this flat for 1.5 years and absolutely love it!

On third floor of walk up, steps away from a park. Huge kitchen, sunny living room with patio with great view. Available bedroom also has great view. Bathroom is tidy and big. The building is relatively new, so things are in good shape.

Many bus lines are a few minutes’ walk away, and an overground station that takes you to Liverpool st in 10 min is a 15 min walk away.

Bills (incl water, electricity, Internet and council tax) are about £100-£115 month.

A bit more about me: I’m American and moved to London from NY 1.5 years ago. I work Monday to Friday, sometimes long hours, in consulting/research. Don’t usually have people over but will host a dinner party once in a blue moon. Will cook occasionally. Like to keep things clean and tidy but not neurotic about it. Looking for a female professional with a similar vibe.
