We have a lovely double room available in our spacious two storey flat in Lower Clapton.

We are - Hattie who works in HR, Emily who works in Production, and Lucy who works in Marketing. We're chilled and friendly, we love hanging out and going for some drinks together at the pub down the road but this isn't a party house - we're more of a pizza, wine and a film kind of group - and we also enjoy our own space. We're looking for someone clean, kind and fun to join our happy household (and hopefully join us for MAFS marathons!).

The flat is on a really peaceful road in Hackney and occupies 2 floors at the top of a victorian terrace. We have a living room, separate kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The room available is upstairs and comes with a double bed and mattress.

We are a 1 minute walk from gorgeous Millfields Park and the canals, seconds away from loads of independent shops and nice pubs, 15 minute walk to Hackney Central/Hackney Downs/Clapton stations, and there are bus stops immediately outside our front door that offer 24 hour routes into East/Central London.

TV license due in October and is around £50 each for the year
