Newly decorated king-sized bedroom in a lovely garden flat on a quiet, blossom and birch lined street in Clapton. The room, which comes unfurnished/no storage, is situated at the quiet back of the house and leads straight into our little secluded garden through french doors. The walls have just been repainted and a new carpet has been laid.

The flat itself is situated slap bang between Lower Clapton/Stoke Newington with excellent transport links and walking distance to all amenities and nightlife the area is known for! For those not familiar with the location, there are parks and farmers markets, galleries and pop-up restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Alternatively you can be in Liverpool Street within 30 mins via the overground trains running from Rectory Road, Stoke Newington or Clapton stations, all 10-15 minutes from the flat.

You'll be sharing with two professionals: Annabel and Indya both working in the skincare and beauty industry. The atmosphere is really relaxed and quite sociable – we enjoy hanging out and cooking together whilst also recognising each others down time too!

There is car parking outside the house and if you cycle, you can lock it safely outside of the house.

Bills consist of the usual; water, electric, broadband etc and are approximately £60 per month, though gas is quarterly at around £30.

The living/dining room comes furnished with loads of potential – we're looking for somebody who's as interested as we are in making this a home! The kitchen also has plenty of storage space.

Looking for someone ASAP, as the room is available from 8th October. Salary must be over £26.5K, references required and must be in full-time employment. 3 payslips and bank statements will also be required.
