Single Room for rent in cosy flat in Clapton

We are looking for someone to move into our cosy flat available now. It's part of an old Victorian-style house on a quiet green street. The room has a high ceiling and big window with a nice very Londonisch view. River Lea and Hackney Marches natural park are 15 min walk - which has been a saviour during lockdown...

The rent is £430 + some bills up to £40 a month.
The flat has a brand new bathroom, and a sunny fully equipped kitchen facing the garden. No living room.

You will be sharing with 2 filmmakers. We are both sociable, but also quiet and relaxed people. We are looking for a mature adult professional, 25 and over who is clean and reasonably social, also respectful of other's private space.

The flat is just 4 mins walk from Clapton station, from where you get to Liverpool street in 15 mins

In general, this is a great room for anyone who wants a cosy and clean home.
