Great location with friendly flatmates

WHO ARE WE?
Stela and Andy (not a couple) are looking for a new housemate. We are both busy professionals and enjoy coming back to a warm and relaxed home each evening. Stela, Lithuanian, works in design and Andy, British, works in Accounting.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and relaxed. We are not a party house but do enjoy each other’s company and having people around for meals or drinks occasionally.

THE HOUSE
Our 3 story maisonette/townhouse is awesome and we are thankful for what we have. We have a good sized kitchen on the ground floor. Up the stairs we are very lucky to have a great sized lounge with a balcony off it. It’s amazing in summer and provides great light all year round! Stela’s room is on this floor along with a separate toilet. The top floor has your room as well as Andy’s room along with the bathroom which includes a toilet and bath with a shower over. Your room is a good size and easily fits a standard double and beside table with some room to spare. The room also includes built in wardrobes and shelves. The room also comes with the added bonus of your own storage cupboard which includes built in shelves, extra rails and is an excellent addition for all you need to store. A bed is included. Outgoing tenant also has a number of other things to sell which are currently in the room which will make things easy should you wish. Bills are around £80 per month which is made up of council tax, tv licence, internet, water, power and gas. We share the cost of common house products like cleaning supplies, toilet paper etc.

THE AREA
We are a short 5 min walk to Clapton overground station which gets you into Liverpool Street in 15 minutes. We have a local coop, pub (Crooked Billet) and a few takeaway shops. There is on street parking however it’s permitted and this is at your own cost. No permits come with the house.

We have a private landlord who is great and he does use an agent to sort the lease and reference checks etc. However we are very much left alone but he is responsive if we need things. There will be a change of tenant fee which will be payable by you to the agent.
