Hi All!
We have a lovely double room available for rent in a three bed flat in Clapton. We are both 26, work in the textile industry. We are looking for a third person to join our cosy friendly flat. We are both very social and love hanging out. Sarah loves a bit of live music and trips to the pub, I loves a bit of shit movies and also pubs!
As you can see from the photos we both love plants...so more are welcome for sure!
The flat is spread across two levels, the first floor has a spacious living area with high ceilings, along with a separate kitchen, and bathroom. The second level has the three bedrooms and a second bathroom. Room is will be unfurnished but we can talk to the landlord about getting some furniture.
Rent is £575 excluding bills, bills are as follow:
Council Tax: £50
Water: £12.60
WiFi: £12.36
Gas/Electricity: We have a meter system, so we top up about £10 for each, per month.
Transport links: Hackney Central/Clapton/Hackney Downs overground, great bus links to Central London.
If you are interested in seeing the flat drop me a message and it would be fab to meet you!
