Our lovely housemate is moving out at the end of the month to move back to Germany, so we have a vacancy in our queer-friendly ground floor flat. One of us works in social care, the other creative. We think we have a good balance between being social but also doing our own thing, and we would love that balance to continue. We’re not a party flat, but we do enjoy nights out or a meal in. We like to keep things tidy and keep a nice friendly environment for all of us.

The room is a small double, that overlooks the private garden. It’s cosy but good value for the area we think, especially given how nice the flat is. The room comes furnished with just the double bed and bedside table. The flat is a 4 minute walk from Clapton Overground station and a short walk from Hackney Marshes, The River Lea Canal, Lea Valley Park, nice riverside pubs, Hackney Downs, shops, restaurants and local music venues...
