SHORT LET in Clapton

Hey Househunters!

We have a room available and looking for either a temporary sub letter from 4th Jan - 1st Mar (around 8 weeks).

About the house:

The room we’re renting is at the back of the house (VERY quiet!!) and has a stunnnnning view. It also has a built in cupboard, SO handy!!! The room can come furnished (with bed/bedding etc) or unfurnished.

The house is a newly renovated Victorian house split across 2 floors. Downstairs there is a super large front room which is light and airy, big sofas for maximum comf in front of the TV and activities area and a full dining table. The kitchen/diner leads to a lovely garden. It’s super quiet and green, a real countryside feel. You might even spot our favourite fat squirrel, name pending.

Best things about the kitchen: DISHWASHER! Sodastream! Nutri Bullet (x2 - take your pick)! Space to host dinners (when we’re allowed again).

There’s a large bathroom downstairs (with bathtub 😍 and shower) and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there’s another toilet and a smaller bathroom with a large shower.

Stoke Newington station is a 10 min walk away, as is Clapton station or you can get the bus easily to Seven Sisters to get on the tube.

The rent is £800 and bills are on top at £87 a month.

We’re looking for someone who can join our little quarantine fam! Ideally you like house dinners, glasses of wine and The Hills (we are rewatching from season one obvs).
