Double Room in Clapton, 800pm Bills Inc!

Hey there!

I am looking for someone (female preferred) to replace my room in my current house-share. I've lived in the house for only a few months, and I'm gutted to go, but have to for usual 2020 reasons.

The house is beautifully big and spacious, especially if you are still WFH with a separate kitchen and living area. The area is lovely and I'll be sad to leave, you are right next to Hackney Marshes, a 15min walk from Hackney Central and 5-10 from Upper Clapton so the area is amazing!

The girls are some of my closest friends, and are very relaxed but still maintain a tidy house. You'll be living with a coder, a journalist and a freelance casting agent so a real mix of industries! We're also close to our neighbours who live downstairs and next door and the street has a really nice community feel.

The house is under a private landlord and the rent we all pay into a shared bank account, which covers the rent to him and the bills - so we keep everything in one place!

I'm looking to leave ASAP and someone to sign on as soon as possible as I have already had to move out and am just paying rent. We're looking for someone easy going, tidy and sociable, please get in contact if you're interested :)
