The house

Hi all! I'm Joe, 24, looking for a new housemate - couples or singles welcome. I'm a music teacher, super laid back and socialable but I appreciate cleanliness and other's personal space. I like to cook, play music, exercise, read etc. Looking for someone similarly laid back yet reliable to fill this room from the start of March.

The room is a large double room in an upstairs flat on a friendly street in Clapton very close to Millfields Park, the mashes, and canal. Loads of natural light, and room for a desk if WFH is your thing. Big kitchen/dining room with loads of room for cooking or having people over. The second room is being used as a living room at the moment but is more than big enough to have a double bed or a single bed plus desk - the photos are the room with the sofa (which will obviously be gone!) There is also ample storage in the hallway for bikes.

Approximately a 7 minute walk to Clapton Station, 15ish mins from Hackney Central and loads of buses from Lower Clapton Road. Really lovely area loads of nice pubs, restaurants, music venues etc.
