Massive Double Room in Clapton **rent reduced**

Hi there,

I will be vacating my room in Clapton at the end of February to move in with my boyfriend.

This first floor room is part of a huge house which is shared with 3 other housemates (1 German, 1 Scottish and 1 Italian). We are very lucky and have two bathrooms which we share between the four of us to not get into each others way too much.

In the room itself you will find a sink as well as a big mirror which helps for convenience. There are also a couple of good sized, built in wardrobes.
The room comes with a bed, chest of drawers and I can also leave the white Ikea shelves behind should they be of use.

There is also a lovely living room which we use to watch TV together and generally hang out.

We have a large kitchen/diner on the ground floor as well as good sized garden out the back which is great for BBQ's in the summer.

We are right around the corner of Hackney Downs park as well as a short walk from Hackney Marshes. The area is great and offers a lot of different cafes and bars (once they open up again)

We have a cleaner who comes to the house every two weeks to clean all communal areas. All of us are very considerate of each others privacy but equally love to hang out and drink wine together on the weekends.

I can be flexible on move in date so if you'd require the room earlier, I can probably make this work.

Monthly rent is £924 which includes the following bills:

- water
- cleaner every two weeks
- council tax
- broadband
- gardener in the summer

The only bills that come on top are gas&electric which is usually £20-£30/month.
