Adam and OJ are lovely guys - very friendly and easy going + excellent cooks. They're looking for someone sociable, who'll enjoy and take good care of the space, and be up for getting involved in house meals etc. Adam is a music producer and OJ works in comms.
We're on Thornby Road - it's a green and friendly neighbourhood, just a minute's walk from Millfields Park and 5 minutes from Hackney Marshes. Both Lower Clapton and Chatsworth Road are great for pubs, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
The flat is very quiet in the day and perfect for working from home if that's what you'll need.
Bills and council tax normally add up to around £90.
