This delightful two bedroom flat, within a distinctive lilac building, is a great place to call home. There’s a good dose of airiness with its expansive ceilings and large sash windows, which allow buckets of natural light to flood through, and the layout has an engaging and practical flow. The space has a contemporary vibe, yet embraces many of its period features such as the tall ceilings – for us, it’s just the right balance of old and new.

Kenninghall Road forms part of a top neighbourhood within Clapton, close to Hackney Downs and surrounded by pretty residential streets, as well as a host of independent shops, cafes and bars. Rectory Road and Clapton stations are an equidistant walk away, meaning an ultra convenient commute – you can be at Liverpool Street in less than 25 minutes, door-to-door.

Our flatmate Annabel, will be moving out at the end of the month to move in with her partner. Her bright double room will be available from June 30th/July 1st. The bedroom is unfurnished but the shared living areas are furnished.

You will be moving in with me, Kayla (26) and my fiancé Joe (29). I am a fashion designer, currently working for a menswear brand located in West London. Joe is a chef working at a restaurant located on Columbia Road. Neither of us will be working from home.
