MOVE ASAP TO OUR LOVELY HOUSE IN UPPER CLAPTON
The house is about 5 minutes from Clapton station, 3 minutes from 4 supermarkets (2 are open 24 hours) and near lots of parks and the canal. We’re close to some great pubs and Sodo pizza.

with bills at under £100 a month including
a month including a cleaner that comes once a week. We deal directly with that landlord in everything apart from the contract, which means it’s cheaper than most places and things get fixed pretty quickly! He hasn’t raised the rent in the 3 years we’ve been here.

We’re a friendly house that does do stuff together, drinks and cooking in the winter and pub and parks in the summer - we also have a sunny back yard with a bbq (you get major points if you can bbq, our current chief griller is leaving)

Also looking for someone who can do their part to keep the place nice, water the houseplants, and wants to keep the great atmosphere going.

All of us working in the creative industry. Peter is a Jewellery Designer, Guy working in the music industry, Chloe and I are both documentary/fashion photographers.
