Hello hello, we are looking for respectful, friendly and sociable housemates to join us in our Clapton live-work space.
We have multiple double rooms available ranging from £475-650 (the 650 rooms are in the pictures, the 475 room does not have any windows) and one mezzanine en-suite room for £750
The space is 10 minutes from Clapton station. Chatsworth Road and Stoke Newington High Street are around 20 minutes walk from us. We also live very close to the canal, as well as multiple parks and other green areas.
We are a house of 15 when we have a full house and share large, open communal areas. We are a mixed bunch with a range of hobbies, interests and professions, however share our love for the outdoors, music and cooking. We often socialise together and have house dinners or take a stroll together.
Currently there are 8 guys and 5 girls and so ideally we are looking for some more females to come and join us now, get in contact if you'd like to come over for a house viewing
