A spacious double room is coming available in our lovely house in Lower Clapton on the 1st of September.
The room itself is large and comes with a bed frame, mattress, drawers and a wardrobe (all other furniture items in the pic are mine).
There is an open plan living room and kitchen, as well as two outdoor spaces to enjoy, and two bathtubs and a shower.
The house is located just a few seconds walk from Millfield's Park and is very near to Hackney Marshes and the canal.
You would be living with four others - two girls, two boys all between the ages of 25-28.
Tom (who works for a brewery), Niamh (an architect), and Lydia and Denny who are both journalists.
We are a fairly sociable bunch, and would like a housemate who would like to join in with the rest of us, having drinks and BBQs etc, but also someone who knows how to clean up after themselves.
