I'm so sad to be leaving this flat but I've finally decided to leave London and live by the sea. I've been living here for three years and I love love love it. It's a real home! I was actually meant to be moving a few months ago and couldn't because I love this flat so much.
Your flat mates will be two amazing women, one a graphic designer and one working in humanitarian aid - they love wine, delicious food, art, culture, spirituality, science, music, a night out on the town and a night in front of MAFS. We currently get a house veg box and cook the occasional meal together but also all have our own social lives. We'd like to find someone who wants a home and is up for joining a loving supportive environment. Both are 33 and we're looking for someone over 30 - with the most respect please don't respond if you're younger.
The flat is beautiful. Very bright, wooden floorboards through out and stylishly designed (we have an award winning fire place!) The kitchen is a joy to cook in and has all the mod-cons and plenty of cupboard space . It's an open plan living room/kitchen. Lots of plants!
The bedroom itself has built in wooden draws, shelves and a wardrobe so no need for furniture. It also has a wooden window seat with draws so lots of storage! It doesn't come with a bed but I'm happy to leave the bed if needed. (A note about the bed - it has to be a certain size that fits into the space designed for it. So if you're planning on bringing your own bed check these measurements) Each bedroom has it's own bathroom - yours is small but perfectly formed with a shower, toilet, cupboard and shelves.
The area is perfect! The road itself is quiet and leafy. There are some great little shops close by and you're a five minute walk from Church Street and Clapton in the other direction. We also have Walthamstow Marshes just up the road if you're in need of some nature. Transport links are good - we have Rectory Road and Clapton overground close by and plenty of buses down to Dalston and into town.
Bills come to around £100 a month - this included gas, electricity, water, cleaner, internet, council tax, cleaning products etc. for house
We have a private landlady so no agents - she's great and get's jobs done quickly if needed.
I'm flexible with moving dates but hoping for some time in April.
