This is a homely, relaxed flat share right on the River Lea, a 2 minute stroll from Walthamstow Marshes. It's lovely for long nature walks at the weekend, is pretty close to Clapton overground station, and surrounded by a few great pubs.
Mike and Holly are both lovely, friendly flatmates. We keep the place pretty clean and it's a very chilled, relaxed vibe. We all work full time hours, but in our spare time like cooking, relaxing with a bit of TV in the evenings, occasionally entertaining mates, and Mike's got a pretty impressive collection of bonsai's! There's often space in the kitchen/living area to work from home, and we also have pretty much every cooking utensil you could ever need.
I'm moving in with mates after 3 very happy years here.
Bills probably come to about £100 a month.
