The flat is filled with natural light thanks to its high ceilings and large sash windows, giving the space an airy, open feel. The flat has a practical, well-flowing layout with a joined kitchen and living area, one bathroom, and two double bedrooms (one with a fitted wardrobe). The available bedroom is unfurnished, with the option to purchase some of the existing bedroom furniture. All shared living areas are fully furnished.

Kenninghall Road sits in a fantastic neighbourhood, moments from Hackney Downs Park, Blok Gym (5-minute walk), and surrounded by independent cafés, shops, and bars. You’ll be moving in with me, Kayla (31), and my fiancé Joe (33). I work as a fashion designer for a womenswear brand based in South London, and Joe is a chef working in Chingford. Neither of us work from home. We’re looking for someone very clean and tidy, and ideally not working from home.
