SHORT LET bedroom in spacious Victorian house

We have a double room available for a short let, from the 28th
of May to the 26th of June.

£730, including bills.

The house is in Upper Clapton, close to Hackney Downs, Stoke Newington Church Street, and Hackney Marshes. There are plenty of public transport options (Clapton and Rectory Road overground stations, many buses, etc.). There is also space for you to leave your bicycle inside the house if you cycle.

The house has loads of light, an ample living space, a garden and two bathrooms (one has a bathtub). The garden is the centre of the house during the summer. We spend time together, occasionally watching films on the projector or sharing a drink or meal, but respect each other's space and the need to retreat to rooms quietly after a long day.

The room is a great size and has a window facing the garden, with blackout curtains. It has a double bed, plenty of storage space, a large desk with a large monitor and a comfy desk chair.

It's a house share with five professionals, two women and three men, working in design, architecture, publishing, media and arts.
