I'm going to be away for 3 weeks in Europe and hoping to sublet my lovely room in Clapton. The dates I'll be away are: Friday 22nd March - Friday 12th April (although I can be flexible a few days either side of returning and stay at my boyfriends if you'd like the place on Sat 13/Sun 14 April too!
Ideally looking a female housemate who is working (no students please, unless you're older and doing a PhD or something! Haha sorry). Both my housemates are great - one is an old friend from university, and another is someone we met 3 years ago on Spare Room. We often hang out in the house and watch TV together but also have a lot of space to ourselves, so ideally hoping to find someone who is happy being respectful of this of this dynamic!
The room:
- Good size double room
- It'll have lots of my things in it, but I'll make space for you to live in it by clearing the surfaces and my wardrobe
The house:
- Lovely and homely house only 5 mins walk from Clapton and Rectory Road station
- Really big shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet, and even a little garden outside!
My housemates:
- Female and working; one's an artist, and one works in TV
- Really lovely people: chatty but respectful, and busy!
- Work from their studio/office most days
Other bits:
- I'll do viewings in the next couple of weeks at a time that suits, keen to get someone confirmed asap
- Looking for a small deposit to reserve your space as I won't have much time to find someone else if you drop out. Deposit will be returned once I'm back :)
