Gorgeous Unique 2-Bed

The house is a modern and stylish 2-bed with a beautiful sunny balcony. The bedrooms and bathroom (with rain shower) are downstairs, and the upstairs space is an open plan kitchen-living room with wall-to-wall french doors out to the balcony. Very chic and cheerful with lots of flowers :)

Your bedroom has a fold-out sofa bed, plenty of shelving and a desk. It's cosy and my previous flatmates haven't had any issues with it and have loved living in the house. Because of the size of the place, it's important that we get on and have similar ideas of cleanliness. I do a lot of my work from home and enjoy downtime in the living room, watching TV or drawing, or spending evenings cooking and eating. I'm a freelance tutor and filmmaker.

Looking for short-term only as I'm not sure what my future plans are.
